Call your builders!  House is being sold as a tear down.  Potential for two -possibly three- luxury homes (depending upon the City of Franklin permitting).  Land is 2.51 acres and is convenient to Franklin, Brentwood, Cool Springs, I-65, restaurants and so many amenities.  Seller says sewer connection is at the back of the property.
