A $200 per month discount is available if rent is paid BEFORE the due date, making the rent $1,500 per month. $500 Pet Deposit is PER pet and is non-refundable. A $100 per pet per month rent increase is required. The $200 discount will still be available once gross rent is established. Example: $1,700 + $200/mo for 2 pets = $1,900. Discount of $200 would make net rent $1,700 if paid BEFORE the due date with 2 pets. All rent payments must be paid in cash. A receipt will be issued for every payment.
