This adorable little cottage is on a quiet cul-de-sac with neighbors who have been there for decades and look out for each other in a wonderful and thoughtful way. It has been a great rental but it is time for a permanent resident or an new investor.  The lot next door is owned and well maintained by the city so this is a great opportunity for dog owners to have the equivalent of a city park next door with the feel of a huge yard!
