This is a 12 month minimum lease with option to renew at end of term. Renter is responsible for electricity and water. Utilities must be in renter's name prior to move-in. First months rent plus security deposit is required at signing. Renters should report any type of maintenance issues ASAP.  Lawn will be mowed and maintained by owner. Clean and in great condition.
